BYSC registration is in June, teams are formed in July and practices start in mid August. The first half of the season starts on the 1st Saturday after Labor Day and run for 7 weeks. The teams stay together over the winter and start outdoor practices in mid March and games start 7 Saturdays before Memorial Day.

Teams are filled on a first come basis and players are added as room becomes available in the same way.
